For great relationship health you need to invest in your relationship often. Grand gestures are good and fine, and certainly important on big occasions, like birthdays and romantic celebrations. But, relationship science tells us that happy relationships occur when there is a ratio of 5:1 positive to negative interactions. Loving actions are much more powerful than words, and the little daily kindnesses can set your relationship up strong.
