One Minute Meditation

Many of us are stressed, but time poor.

Apart from causing muscle tension and making us feel on-edge, stress can also lower your immunity leaving you susceptible to infections.

Often deep breathing can help us slow things down and relax our tense muscles.

Here is a quick one-minute meditation to reset your internal calm.

Repeat as often as needed throughout your day.
