A structured, personalised 6-week skill development program (includes online relational and personal assessment, 6 x double sessions (6 x 100 mins) of coaching, workbook, videos, exercises, and ongoing access to the Gottman Relationship Builder). Equivalent to 6 months of couples counselling.
